Recipe #1 - Apple Yogurt/Milk Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup milk
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 apple
1/4 ground cinnamon, or to taste
1 cup ice cubes

Directions

Wash, core, peel and chop the apple.

Add all ingredients to the blender or food processor, and blend for approximately one minute.

Serve at once.

Serves 2.







Recipe #2 - Apple Ice Cream Smoothie

Ingredients

2 apples
1 cup apple juice
2 scoops vanilla (plain) ice cream
1/2 cup ice cubes
crushed vanilla pod or vanilla extract, optional

Directions

Wash, core, peel and chop the apple.

Add all ingredients to the blender or processor and blend just until mixture is smooth.

Serve immediately.

Serves 2.
