Here is how to Make Apple Pastry using Puff Ready Made/Pastry to make an amazing "Apple Palmiers".
They are also called "Apple Palmiers" because they are made in a "palm leaf" design.

This recipe makes a flaky, crisp apple pastry with walnuts, apple jelly, honey and cinnamon combined to created a perfect apple treat!
A great recipe for Holiday Baking too!
Ingredients
2 cups *coarsely chopped walnut pieces
1/2 cup apple jelly
1/2 cup honey
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
16 oz. (450 gram) package puff pastry, thawed
Directions
Line baking sheets with parchment paper, and set aside.
In a medium size bowl, combine the walnuts, apple jelly, honey and cinnamon, until well combined.
Note - To chop whole walnuts, place nuts between waxed paper, or in a plastic bag, and roll over the walnuts with a rolling pin.
Divide the mixture between two sheets of puff pastry and spread mixture evenly.
To shape the pastry, roll one edge of the pastry to made a pinwheel, stopping at the middle.
Roll the opposite edge to make a second pinwheel. Repeat with the second sheet of puff pastry.
Transfer the pastries onto a plate or a cutting board, and cover with plastic wrap.
Chill in the fridge for 30 - 45 minutes.
Remove from fridge and slice each roll of pastry into 16 even slices and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake each sheet at 375° F for 35 - 45 minutes or until golden brown.
**Note - You can prepare this pastry, and keep it, unbaked, in the fridge for up to 2 days.
Baked apple pastries will keep in the refrigerator, in an airtight container for up to one week.
