This Apple Pie Pastry Recipe is the BEST and EASY homemade pie crust recipe for apple pie, and for any fruit pie! In fact, this is the ONLY pastry recipe I use to make pie dough.
I like to make a few batches of this at one time, (a one time mess!), and then divide the pastry dough into several packages to freeze. Then, when I have the urge to make a pie for dessert or snack time, I just remove the frozen pastry, thaw it in the refrigerator the night before, and...presto...I have the pie crust ready to roll!
