Apple Dip with Cream Cheese Recipe

This Recipe for Apple Dip with Cream Cheese and optional peanuts makes a creamy dip for your apple slices that you will enjoy them so much more!

Ingredients

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (can use low fat cream cheese), softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)

Directions

In a medium size bowl, using an electric hand mixer, beat the cream cheese, until smooth.

Gradually beat in the granulated sugar, the brown sugar, the vanilla and the peanuts (optional).

Mix until smooth.

Keep fruit dip refrigerated until serving.

Serve with cored, sliced apples.
